BioThis is a journal of our cross country move as we make our way from Hackensack NJ to Davis CA.
The Players:
Will - The etiology (that means cause...). After a year of torment as a veterinary intern at a major east coast, full-service animal clinic, Will has decided to go back to school (7+ years college just wasn't enough...) to pursue yet another degree at the University of California at Davis. He unwittingly set into motion a series of events that would test the endurance and fortitude of 2 men, 1 woman, 3 cats, and 2 serpents.
Liz - The hapless victim. While minding her own business working as an overnight technician at a major east coast, full service animal hospital, she fell for a young, frustrated, hostile veterinary intern. Throwing caution (not to mention 7 years job security and a lot of frustration) to the wind, she decided to accompany him to the west coast. This will be her first time living outside of NE New Jersey.
John - The responsible one. Never one to pass up a chance to help his son further his career (eg schooling), John agreed to help Will move across country to his new position in Davis CA. Taking approximately 7 days of hard earned vacation time, has flown out to help load and drive the moving van.
Eric - the grey and white one. Yet another victim dragged into the car, this little kitty is again traversing the country, trappeed in a scarey moving cage.
Slick - the black one. This kitty insists on making a pest of himself in the car, searching out every lap, but is willing to sit quietly in the rear windshield when no lap is availible. Will often pick a fight with Thermin
Thermin - the tabby one. A blind cat insisting on getting into everything possible. again, a little pest climbing on any lap he can find
Spike and Fang - the scaley ones. A pair of royal pythons with NO idea whats going on. They're living in a bag.
